Student Policy
COST OF TUITION
$170 — 1Month 30 Min. Package,1 lesson a week x 4 weeks.
$340 — 1Month 60 Min. Package,1 lesson a week x 4 weeks
$510 — Twelve 30Min. Package,1 lessons a week x 12 weeks
$80 — 45 Min. Single Lesson
All 3 month package must be used in a 4 month time span.
All 1 Month Packages must be used in a 2 month time span.
10 % discount for leaving your card on file for monthly auto billing 60 min drum lessons are available at the cost above x 2.
POLICIES
1. Payments for lessons are due in full before the first lesson of each month in order to reserve the following month.
2. Missed or canceled lessons are nonrefundable. ** Make-up lessons are possible if notified 24 hours in advance and rescheduled for the next best time slot that works for both parties. Make-up lessons are dependent upon the instructor's availability and are not guaranteed.**
3. If the instructor is unable to make a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at the next best convenient time for the student and instructor. **The instructor reserves the right to cancel or postpone lessons whenever deemed appropriate.
4. The following holidays will be observed and lessons will not be taught: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve & Day, Easter, July 4th, and (there are exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis.)
5. One month’s notice is required prior to terminating lessons. That final month will still be billed even if the student does not show up.
6. Permission to take photo / video for social media. By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving us (Beats From The Core Drum School) permission to take photos and videos during lessons for the purpose of using them in social media posts as a way to help inspire and motivate our Beats From The Core tribe. If you don’t want any photos or videos of you or your child used on social media please let us know and we will be happy to exclude this from the drum lessons process.
ONLINE DRUM LESSON
Every online lesson is always checked for proper internet connection, speed, sound, and ready to go. Sometimes there may be technical difficulties and if the lesson has to end I will reschedule the lesson for the next available time. Please make sure your internet connection, sound, and video are working prior to lessons.
1. Student is responsible for their own internet connection and proper learning environment. ( we suggest a distraction free space that is well lit and ready to go!)
2. All the same policies as stated above pertain to online drumming students as well.
3. All drum homework will be sent to student via text, email or Google Drive folder.
